Return Policy
Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for prepaid services will be processed according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Product Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order information. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund amounts may be subject to restocking fees for certain items.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, items that have been used or damaged, and items that cannot be resold due to health or safety reasons are not eligible for return. Services that have been completed are generally not eligible for refund.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the defect when possible.
